IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Please note the Village Hall will be closed from 20th November 2017 for approximately 12 weeks to allow a major refurbishment project to be undertaken. All bookings in that period have been cancelled. Any payments pre-paid will either be refunded or held over and applied to future bookings. Please let the Treasurer or Bookings Secretary know how you wish to proceed.

As soon as we have a confirmed date for re-opening the Hall, we will notify all our regular users and advertise the fact to the wider community. You may have noticed, when checking the Hall Diary online, that NO BOOKINGS appear next year. I am taking this opportunity to reset the booking procedures and therefore ALL HALL USERS are required to complete the Online Booking Form for EVERY future booking. Regular users can, of course, utilise the regular multiple form and/or the irregular multiple form as appropriate. When making a booking please, always check the Diary to confirm that the booking has been accepted and that the details and most importantly the date and times are correct. Remember, if your booking is NOT in the diary your event will NOT be in the Hall.

You will no longer be able to access the Hall using your existing key (new front door) and we will notify the regular users how we are going to organise this key issue (pun intended) nearer the time of re-opening.

YOGA USERS PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOGA WILL TEMPORARILY BE AT SCOULTON VILLAGE HALL RETURNING TO CASTON VILLAGE HALL AFTER THE REFURBISHMENT.

 Village Hall Diary

The Village Hall Diary is shown below (it may take a moment or two to load).  In order to make a booking please check that the date and time you require is available and then note the following procedure.

  • Click here to go to the Booking Form page and complete with the necessary information.  You will need to confirm you have read both the Terms and Conditions, and the Child Protection Policy.
  • The Booking Secretary will contact you to confirm the booking is available and will send you a request for payment
    • This may be made in cash or by cheque.
